County Phone Lists

To help you get started investing in tax lien certificates,
we also offer County Phone Lists.

Here's How To Order

Why County Phone Lists?

There are literally thousands of tax lien certificates for sale by state counties all over the country
and in order to start investing in them, you need to find out where and when these tax sales are taking place and what tax liens are being sold.

In order to do this, you need to call the counties in the state (or states) that you want to invest in and get this information. Most counties that sell property tax liens are more than happy to provide you with information about their tax sales, but the hard part is figuring out who to call.

Our County Phone Lists give you the name, phone number, and address of every single county in states where tax lien investing is most profitable.

For just $10, you will have access to detailed, up-to-date County Phone Lists. Each list provides:

  • The county's name.
  • The physical or mailing address and city of the county courthouse.
  • The phone number of the county courthouse (or county administration building).

Why do you need this information?

You see, the first step in your tax lien investment strategy is to do some research before you start investing. Here is an overview of the process, which is covered in our report, "All About Tax Lien Investing":

  1. Review the list of states that sell property tax liens.
There are currently over 30 states that sell property tax liens at tax sales (or tax lien auctions as they are also referred to). Of the roughly 30 states that sell tax liens, approximately 15 offer exceptionally high rates of return. These are the states you should focus on.

  2. Choose a county to invest in property tax liens. Because state counties are the ones that hold tax sales (where tax lien certificates are sold), you will have to choose one or more counties to begin your investing.

  3. Call the county for tax lien sale information. As soon as you have determined the state and the county you want to buy in, you should contact the county to find out the date, time, and place of their next tax sale. Each state differs in when and how often they hold their tax sales. Some states hold sales once a year, while other states hold sales 4 times a year or even monthly. Here are a list of questions to ask a county:

What is the date and time of the next tax sale (or tax lien auction)?
    • Where is the location of the tax sale?
    • What are the registration procedures?
    • What are the current interest rates on your tax lien certificates?
    • Can I purchase the leftover liens directly from the county after the tax sale? To find out what leftover liens are, please go to page 66 of our report, "All About Tax Lien Investing".

To make this research easier on you, we've compiled our County Phone Lists to give you the names, phone numbers, and addresses of counties in states where tax lien investing is most profitable right at your fingertips! With our County Phone Lists, all you have to do is look up the county where you want to invest in property tax liens, call the number given and ask the questions listed above (for a complete list of the questions to ask, please refer to our report, "All About Tax Lien Investing").

Most financial experts agree that the key to successfully investing in property tax liens is to do your homework! But the problem is you would have to spend countless hours (and a lot of headache) trying to research or send off for the information we are offering you through our report and our County Phone Lists. It would also cost you a small fortune in phone bills and travel time.

What's more, it is often difficult and time-consuming to get a complete list of counties from county governments. They often charge for this information. Plus, they typically do not accept credit cards and will only send them to you by mail (after receiving a check), which is a process that can take weeks!

When you order from us, we will send you your County Phone List via e-mail within one day.

With our County Phone Lists, you are guaranteed to save time and money. All you have to do is look up the county where you want to invest in property tax liens, call the number given, and ask the questions listed above. It's that easy!
